What's a check?
One time TrueUp learns from a set of files and checks them: a week's settlement against your deliveries, a supplier statement against your receiving log, a folder of invoices, or pricing a new job from your past ones. Asking questions about the results afterwards is free.
What happens when I hit a limit?
On the free plan, checks past the monthly limit are refused until the month resets. Paid plans keep working: after the month ends the extra use, at the listed rate, shows as a balance on Plan & billing that you pay with PayPal within 15 days (under $1 is waived). If it goes unpaid past that, use past the included amounts pauses until it's paid.
Can I use TrueUp for several companies?
Yes. Create a team for each company. One login can belong to as many teams as you like, and each team has its own files, keys, usage and plan. If you keep books for clients, see pricing for firms.
How do I pay, and where is my card stored?
With PayPal. You approve the subscription on PayPal's site and pay from your PayPal balance, bank or card, so none of it reaches TrueUp. You see receipts and change how you pay in PayPal, and can cancel any time from Plan & billing.
